HISTORY 1. New subchapter 3.8 (sections 1000-1000.7) and section filed 2-8-2007 as an emergency; operative 2-8-2007 (Register 2007, No. 6). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 6-8-2007 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day. 2. Repealer of subchapter 3.8 (sections 1000-1000.7) by operation of Government Code section 11346.1(g) (Register 2007, No. 39). |
