§ 1351.4. Definition of Terms Descriptive of Air Cell.

- (a) Depth of air cell (air between the shell membranes). Air cell depth is a measurement from its top to bottom, when the egg is held air cell upward.(b) Free air cell. An air cell that is mobile.(c) Bubbly air cell. A ruptured air cell resulting in small air bubbles in the albumen.
