§ 1150. Supervision of Minors in Non-Secure Custody.

- Minors held in non-secure custody shall receive constant direct visual observation by staff of the law enforcement facility. Entry and release times shall be documented and made available for review. Monitoring a minor using audio, video, or other electronic devices shall never replace constant direct visual observation.HISTORY1.
