§ 10330. Test or Analysis Records for Illicit Drug Use.

- (a) Each program shall maintain test or analysis records for illicit drug use which contain the following information for each patient:(1) The date the patient body specimen was collected;(2) The test or analysis results; and(3) The date the program received the results of the test or analysis.HISTORY1.
