§ 15601. Determination of Revolving Fund, Subsequent Injuries Fund, Labor Enforcement and Compliance Fund, Occupational Safety and Health Fund, and Uninsured Employers Fund Total Assessment.

- On or before November 1 of each year, the Director shall, in accordance with Labor Code Section 62.5:(a) Determine the total amount of funds appropriated for the Division of Workers' Compensation;(b) Determine the aggregate amount of the assessment for the Subsequent Injuries Fund;(c) Determine the aggregate amount of the assessment for the Labor Enforcement and Compliance Fund;(d) Determine the aggregate amount of the assessment for the Occupational Safety and Health Fund; and(e) Determine the aggregate amount of the assessment for the Uninsured Employers Fund.HISTORY1. New section filed 4-18-90 as an emergency; operative 4-18-90 (Register 90, No. 18). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL within 120 days or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on 8-16-90.2.
