§ 15583. Grounds of Objection.
Latest version.
- The grounds of objection are as follows:(a) The Division acted without or in excess of its jurisdiction;(b) The Stop Order, Penalty Assessment Orders, or Notice were not properly served;(c) The correct legal entity is not set forth in the Order or Notice.(d) The employer was legally insured for workers' compensation;(e) No employment relationship exists between the worker and the person assessed or enjoined;(f) The Division committed mistake, error or omission; or(g) The Division acted arbitrarily, capriciously and in abuse of its discretion.
