§ 14300.36. Prohibition Against Discrimination.

- Section 11(c) of the Act and Sections 6310 and 6311 of the Labor Code prohibit you from discriminating against an employee for reporting a work-related fatality, injury, or illness. These provisions of the Labor Code also protect the employee who files a safety and health complaint, asks for access to records required by this article, or otherwise exercises any rights afforded by the Act or Sections 6310 and 6311 of the Labor Code.HISTORY1.
