§ 13648. Confiscation.

- (a) If garments are confiscated pursuant to Labor Code Section 2679(b), or 2680(a), a notice of confiscation and hearing and appeal rights, as provided by Labor Code Section 2681, shall be served on all persons liable or who may assume liability for violations.(b) If the contractor's means of production, including manufacturing equipment or property, are confiscated pursuant to Labor Code Section 2680(b), notice of confiscation and hearing and appeal rights shall be served on the contractor and on any other person or entity known to have an ownership interest in the equipment or property. Hearing and appeal rights shall be according to the same provisions for the appeal and hearing of garment confiscations, as set forth in Labor Code Section 2681, and section 13650 of this subchapter.HISTORY1.
