§ 2530.43. Automatic Restarting.

- (a) A motor-running overload device that can restart a motor automatically after overload tripping shall not be installed unless approved for use with the motor it protects.(b) A motor that can restart automatically after shutdown shall not be installed if its automatic restarting can result in injury to persons.(Title 24, Part 3, Section 430-43.)HISTORY1.
