These Orders shall be known as the Mine Safety Orders.

HISTORY

1. Repealer of Subchapter 17, “Quarry and Open Pit Mine Safety Orders,” (Articles 1-20, not consecutive (ss 7200 through 7348, not consecutive)) and new “Mine Safety Orders,” (Articles 1-54, not consecutive), (ss 6950 through 7264), filed 5-8-72 as an emergency; designated effective 5-15-72 (Register 72, No. 20). Certificate of compliance included. For prior history, see Register 53, No. 4 and Register 71, No. 17.
