§ 6760. Injury and Illness Prevention Program.

- (a) The employer shall establish, implement and maintain an Injury and Illness Prevention Program in accordance with section 3203 of the General Industry Safety Orders.(b) The program shall also include a check in/check out procedure for persons not normally assigned to an operating area while the unit is in operation.HISTORY1.
