§ 10946. Medical Reports in Subsequent Injuries Benefits Trust Fund Cases.

- When an application is filed against the Subsequent Injuries Benefits Trust Fund, any party who has previously filed medical reports shall forthwith serve copies on the Division of Workers' Compensation, Subsequent Injuries Benefits Trust Fund, and in no case later than thirty (30) days prior to the mandatory settlement conference or other hearing, unless service is waived by the Division of Workers' Compensation, Subsequent Injuries Benefits Trust Fund.HISTORY1.
