§ 10102. Retention of Claim Files.
Latest version.
- (a) All claim files shall be maintained at least until the latest of the following dates:(1) five years from the date of injury;(2) one year from the date compensation was last provided;(3) all compensation due or which may be due has been paid;(4) if an audit has been conducted within the time specified in (a)(1), until the findings of an audit of the file have become final.(b) Open and closed claim files may be maintained in whole or in part in an electronic or other non-paper storage medium.HISTORY1.
