§ 57055. Developmental Progression of Energy Conservation Related Capital Outlay Projects.

- (a) Energy conservation related projects shall be evaluated and ranked for approval by the Chancellor following the existing procedures for the statewide capital outlay program.(b) Upon securing approval of a proposed energy conservation project by all appropriate review agencies, the governing board of a community college may submit to the Chancellor for approval, or disapproval, preliminary plans for the project.(c) Preliminary plans for energy related projects shall include:(1) The results of a technical audit (TA) performed by an authorized Technical Auditor which describes in detail the energy conservation measures the project is to institute.(2) The status of the project as related to the various federal and state aided programs for energy conservation.(3) An architectural and/or engineering analysis setting forth the detailed costs of the various elements of the project.HISTORY1.
