§ 59272. Review of District Implementing Regulations.

- The Chancellor shall review and approve or disapprove district implementing regulations no later than 60 days after receipt. Implementing regulations which satisfactorily address the minimum contents specified in section 59257 shall be approved. Implementing regulations which are disapproved shall be returned with a statement of reasons as to why they were rejected. Regulations that have not been disapproved by the Chancellor within 60 days of receipt shall be deemed to be approved until such a time as the Chancellor notifies the district that a provision of the implementing regulations must be revised and a statement of the reason for the revision.HISTORY1.
