§ 4965. Disciplinary Action.

- Harassment on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, gender, ethnic group identification, race, ancestry, national origin, religion, color, or mental or physical disability is a form of discrimination, and as such, may result in disciplinary or other action taken by the local agency. In the case of an employee, such disciplinary action may include termination. For students in Grades K-12, the disciplinary consequences shall depend on the ages of the students and the factual circumstances of the incident(s).HISTORY1.
