§ 4161. Labeling.

- In addition to the requirements of Section 13711(a) and (b), Business and Professions Code, the label of each container of engine coolant, prediluted engine coolant, recycled engine coolant, and recycled prediluted engine coolant shall bear a distinctive brand name in letters not less than one-eighth inch (3.18 mm) in height. Additionally, each container packaged after January 1, 2003, shall clearly identify the applicable American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard Designation which the product meets.HISTORY1.
