§ 4144. Specifications - Diesel Fuel.
Latest version.
- Diesel fuel shall meet the specifications set forth by the ASTM International in the latest version of Standard Specification for Diesel Fuel Oils D-975 contained in the ASTM publication entitled: Annual Book of ASTM Standards, Section 5, Volume 05:01, except the sulfur content shall not exceed the maximum specified by any California state law. This standard is available from the ASTM International office at 100 Barr Harbor Drive, P.O. A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 2-11-2002 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.2.
