§ 11137. Scope.

This article sets forth the enforcement procedures to be followed by OCP in implementing this subchapter.

HISTORY

1. Change without regulatory effect renumbering former subchapter 5 (sections 8500-8504) to new article 5 (sections 11137-11141), renumbering former section 8500 to new section 11137 and amending section filed 10-3-2013 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2013, No. 40).
