§ 11121. Transfers Prohibited.

It is a violation of the contract, of Government Code section 12990 and the regulations in Subchapter 5 of Chapter 5 of Division 4.1 of Title 2 of the California Code of Regulations to transfer women and minority employees or trainees from contractor to contractor or from project to project for the sole purpose of meeting the contractor's nondiscrimination obligations.
