§ 11118. Scope.

This article applies to all nonexempt businesses that seek or hold any state construction contract or subcontract. The regulations in this article are applicable to all of a construction contractor's employees who are engaged in on-site construction including those employees who work on a construction site where no state work is being performed.

HISTORY

1. Change without regulatory effect renumbering former subchapter 2 (sections 8200-8205) to new article 2 (sections 11118-11124), renumbering former section 8200 to new section 11118 and amending section filed 10-3-2013 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2013, No. 40).
