§ 11101. Nondiscrimination Agreement.

State contracts exempt from the requirements of section 11105 shall include, as an express or implied term, the term set out in either section 11105 clause (a) or clause (b). Breach of this term of contract may constitute a material breach of the contract and may result in the imposition of sanctions by the awarding agency and may result in decertification from future opportunities to contract with the state.
