§ 11027. Defenses.

These regulations incorporate the defenses set forth in section 11010.

HISTORY

1. Change without regulatory effect renumbering former subchapter 3 (reserved) to new article 3 (reserved), renumbering former subchapter 4 (sections 7289.4-7289.5) to new article 4 (sections 11027-11028), renumbering section 7289.4 to new section 11027 and amending section filed 10-3-2013 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2013, No. 40).
