§ 11014. Statement of Purpose.

- Certain employment practices have the effect, either directly or indirectly, of discriminating against individuals on a basis enumerated in the Act. Such practices are discussed in this article and the provisions are applicable to all discriminatory actions as more specifically discussed in the following articles.HISTORY1.
