§ 2300. The Marine Facilities Division.

- (a) There is in the Staff of the California State Lands Commission the Marine Facilities Division, which has the primary responsibility for carrying out the provisions of the Lempert-Keene-Seastrand Oil Spill Prevention and Response Act of 1990 within the Commission's jurisdiction.(b) The primary office of the Division is at 200 Oceangate, Suite 900, Long Beach, California 90802-4335, telephone (562) 499-6312.HISTORY1. New section filed 6-10-91 as an emergency; operative 6-10-91 (Register 91, No. 33). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 10-8-91 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.2.
