§ 22-65611. Application Procedures.

(a) Any person proposing to operate an offsite medical waste treatment facility or transfer station shall submit an application for a medical waste treatment facility or transfer station to the Department. Any person proposing to operate an onsite medical waste treatment facility shall submit an application for an onsite medical waste treatment facility permit to the enforcement agency. Submission of an application for an offsite medical waste treatment facility permit, or a modification or renewal thereof, shall be deemed to occur on the date the application is recieved by the Department. Submission of an application for an onsite medical waste treatment facility permit, or a modification or renewal thereof, shall be deemed to occur on the date the application is received by the enforcement agency.

HISTORY
