§ 22-64417. Point-of-Use Treatment Device or Pou.

  • “Point-of-use treatment device” or “POU” is a treatment device applied to a single tap for the purpose of reducing contaminants in drinking water at that tap.
HISTORY
1. New article 2.5 (sections 64417-64418.7) and section filed 12-21-2010 as an emergency; operative 12-21-2010.
