§ 6184. Notice of Decision to Appraise.

- The public entity shall provide the owner with written notice of its decision to appraise the real property as soon as possible after the decision to appraise has been reached. The notice shall state, as a minimum, that:(a) A specific area is being considered for a particular public use;(b) The owner's property has been determined to be located within the area; and(c) The owner's property, which shall be generally described, may be acquired in connection with the public use.
