§ 6094. Actual Reasonable Expenses in Searching for a Replacement Business or Farm.

- A displaced person who satisfies the pertinent eligibility requirements of section 6090 with respect to actual reasonable moving expenses, shall be eligible for a payment in an amount not to exceed $1,000, in searching for a replacement business or farm, including expenses incurred for:(a) Transportation;(b) Meals and lodging away from home;(c) Time spent in searching, based on the hourly wage rate of the salary or earnings of the displaced person or his representative; and(d) Fees paid to a real estate agent or broker to locate a replacement business or farm.HISTORY1.
