§ 76918. Client's Rights.

- (a) Each client shall have those rights as specified in Sections 4502 through 4505 of the Welfare and Institutions Code and Sections 50500 through 50550 of Title 17 of the California Code of Regulations.(b) Each client shall have the right to be free from discrimination based on sex, race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, medical condition marital status, or registered domestic partner status.HISTORY1.
