§ 79587. Separate License.

- (a) Separate licenses shall be required for each correctional treatment center except for the California Medical Facility, the California Men's Colony, and the California Institution for Men, which are exempted by Section 1250(j)(5) of the Health and Safety Code.(b) Separate licenses shall not be required for separate buildings on the grounds of the correctional treatment center, provided that they operate as one correctional treatment center.HISTORY1.
