When non-RCRA wastes with differing treatment standards for a constituent of concern are combined for purposes of treatment, the treatment residue must meet the lowest treatment standard for the constituent of concern.(c)(2) When RCRA and Non-RCRA wastes are combined for purposes of treatment, the treatment residue must meet both the lowest treatment standard established for the RCRA wastes and the lowest treatment standard established for the non-RCRA wastes.HISTORY1.
