§ 66265.96. Compliance Period.

- (a) The owner or operator shall specify in the water quality sampling and analysis plan the compliance period for each regulated unit. The compliance period is the number of years equal to the active life of the regulated unit (including the closure period) and constitutes the minimum period of time during which the owner or operator shall conduct a water quality monitoring program subsequent to a release from the regulated unit.(b) The compliance period begins each time the owner or operator initiates an evaluation monitoring program meeting the requirements of section 66265.99.HISTORY1.
