§ 66265.93. Constituents of Concern.

- For each regulated unit, the owner or operator shall specify in the water quality sampling and analysis plan the constituents of concern to which the water quality protection standard of section 66265.92 applies. Constituents of concern are the waste constituents, reaction products, and hazardous constituents that are reasonably expected to be in or derived from waste contained in the regulated unit.HISTORY1.
