§ 66264.92. Water Quality Protection Standard.

- (a) For each regulated unit, the Department shall establish a water quality protection standard in the facility permit. This water quality protection standard shall consist of the list of constituents of concern under section 66264.93, the concentration limits under section 66264.94, and the point of compliance and all monitoring points under section 66264.95. This water quality protection standard shall apply during the active life of the regulated unit, the post-closure care period under section 66264.117 of article 7 of this chapter, and any compliance period under section 66264.96.(b) If an owner or operator is conducting a detection monitoring program in conjunction with an evaluation monitoring program or a corrective action program for a regulated unit pursuant to section 66264.91(c), the Department may establish separate water quality protection standards for each program.HISTORY1.
