§ 58028. Policy.

“Policy” means any contract, rider, or endorsement delivered or issued for delivery in the State of California by an Issuer.

HISTORY

A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 1-29-99 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
