§ 58021. Licensed Health Care Practitioner.

- “Licensed Health Care Practitioner” means any physician (as defined in Title 42, United States Code, Section 1395x(r)(1)) and any registered professional nurse, licensed social worker, or other individual who meets such requirements as may be prescribed by the Secretary of the Treasury. The Licensed Health Care Practitioner must be employed by a Care Management Provider Agency or be a Qualified Official Designee of a Care Management Provider Agency.HISTORY1.
