§ 50527. Social Services.

- (a) Payments received for social services provided in accordance with Title XX of the Social Security Act shall be exempt, whether provided in kind or as a direct payment to the individual for purchase of designated services. Such services include, but are not limited to:(1) In-Home Supportive Services.(2) Child care.(3) Training and rehabilitation services, including payment for training expenses.HISTORY1.
