§ 1221.3. Approved Instruments.

- (a) Only such types and models of instruments and related accessories as are named in the “Conforming Products List” published in the Federal Register by the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration of the U.S. Department of Transportation shall be used for breath alcohol analysis in this State.HISTORY1.
