§ 3144. Revoked License.

- A revoked license is subject to expiration as provided in these regulations, but may not be renewed. If a license is reinstated after its expiration, the licensee, as a condition precedent to its reinstatement, shall pay, in addition to the renewal fee, the delinquency fee as prescribed in Section 3940 of the Code.HISTORY1.
