§ 67. Approval of Use of Fictitious Name.

No sole proprietor may practice under a name other than the name setforth on his or her permit to practice unless such name has been registeredwith the Board. Any registration issued under this section shall expirefive years after the date of issuance unless renewed prior to its expiration.
