§ 1887.14. Time Limit for Renewal of Approval After Expiration; New Approval.

- A provider approval that is not renewed within one year of its expiration date may not be renewed, reinstated, or reissued thereafter, but the provider may apply for and obtain a new approval if:(a) No fact, circumstance, or condition exists that, if the approval were issued, would justify its revocation; and(b) The applicant pays the fees that would be required if applying for approval for the first time.HISTORY1.
