§ 5128. Attendance of Counselor at Hearings.

- The counselor with the approval of the Board may attend release hearings concerning individuals on his caseload for the purpose of providing new information which may have developed since the completion of the referral to outpatient status or parole, clarifying any information in the file or assisting in answering questions which may arise concerning the individual or institutional policy.HISTORY1.
