§ 1740.2. Adult Local Criminal Justice Facilities Construction Financing Program Proposal Evaluation Criteria.

In addition to California Government Code Sections 15820.925 and 15820.926, the criteria by which proposals shall be rated shall include the below listed factors. Rating scores are recorded using the Construction of Adult Local Criminal Justice Facilities Final Rating Form, dated December 4, 2013, and incorporated by reference herein.
(a) Project need;
(b) Scope of work;
(c) Offender management and programming;
(d) Administrative work plan;
(e) Budget review.

HISTORY

1. New section filed 1-9-2014 as an emergency; operative 1-9-2014 (Register 2014, No. 2). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 7-8-2014 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
