§ 1415. Health Education.

- With the exception of special purpose juvenile halls, the health administrator for each juvenile facility, in cooperation with the facility administrator and the local health officer, shall develop written policies and procedures to assure that age- and sex-appropriate health education and disease prevention programs are offered to minors.The education program shall be updated as necessary to address current health priorities and meet the needs of the confined population.HISTORY1.
