§ 1310. Applicability of Standards.

- All standards and requirements contained herein shall apply to any county, city and county, or joint juvenile facility that is used for the confinement of youth.(a) Juvenile halls, camps, ranches, forestry camps and boot camps shall comply with all regulations.(b) Special purpose juvenile halls shall comply with all regulations except the following1322(c)Child Supervision Staff Orientation and Training1370School Program1415Health Education1464Food Services Manager1481Special Clothing1488Hair Care ServicesHISTORY1.
