§ 1484. Control of Vermin in Youths' Personal Clothing.

- There shall be written policies and site specific procedures developed and implemented by the facility administrator to control the contamination and/or spread of vermin in all youths' personal clothing. Infested clothing shall be cleaned or stored in a closed container so as to eradicate or stop the spread of the vermin.HISTORY1. New section filed 3-6-97; operative 4-5-97 (Register 97, No. 10).2.
