§ 1142. Written Policies and Procedures.

Latest version.

The facility administrator shall develop written policies and procedures concerning minors being held in temporary custody which shall address:
(a) suicide risk and prevention;
(b) use of restraints;
(c) emergency medical assistance and services; and,
(d) prohibiting use of discipline.
