§ 1082. Forms of Discipline.

- The degree of punitive actions taken by the disciplinary officer shall be directly related to the severity of the rule infraction. Acceptable forms of discipline shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:(a) Loss of privileges.(b) Extra work detail.(c) Short term lockdown for less than 24 hours.(d) Removal from work details.(e) Forfeiture of “good time” credits earned under Penal Code Section 4019.(f) Forfeiture of “work time” credits earned under Penal Code Section 4019.(g) Disciplinary isolation.(h) Disciplinary isolation diet.HISTORY1.
