§ 1044. Incident Reports.

- Each facility administrator shall develop written policies and procedures for the maintenance of written records and reporting of all incidents which result in physical harm, or serious threat of physical harm, to an employee or inmate of a detention facility or other person. Such records shall include the names of the persons involved, a description of the incident, the actions taken, and the date and time of the occurrence. Such a written record shall be prepared by the staff assigned to investigate the incident and submitted to the facility manager or his/her designee.HISTORY1.
